Nestled in the heart of Waikiki, the Wyndham Royal Garden reflects an urban Hawaiian theme for the young traveler.  The colors and textures of sunrise and sunset at the Mauka (Mountain Side) of the Ahupua’a (Ancient Hawaiian Land Division) permeate the interior furniture, finishes, accessories, and art creating a relaxing and comfortable environment receiving a 2012 ARDA National Design Award.

IFD transformed 140 hotel guest rooms to timeshare units.  The conversion included room and common area upgrades, new fitness center, activity center, laundry facilities, sales center, and renovated office and back-of-house facilities.
